For open common areas and campus turf. Measured acreage, a set visit frequency, and one rate per visit — easy to compare line-for-line with your current vendor.
Flat monthly
The same season’s work divided into equal monthly invoices, so the budget line doesn’t swing with growth rate or weather.
Insurance
Fully insured. Ask for a certificate of insurance and I’ll have my carrier send it over for your records.
