Over 20,000 sq ft (about half an acre of turf) is quoted after I measure it.
Prepay the season (4 applications) and save 10%. Priced by treated turf area. $15 off when it is done on a scheduled mow visit — no extra trip.

We follow the industry-standard ⅓ rule — never removing more than ⅓ of the grass blade per pass. Taller grass means more passes, slower going, and harder equipment wear, so the first visit carries a fair surcharge. Every visit after is normal rate.

Surcharge applies to the first visit only. All ongoing visits are at the normal rate. At 18" and above, the price is confirmed on-site before any work begins. These heights are for tall grass. If it’s mostly tall weeds or brush — thistle, woody stems, saplings — that’s a tougher brush-cut, not a regular mow, so we’ll confirm the price on-site.
